bathroom and furnace in NW sector

Dear Master Cecil,


I would like to ask if there is anything I can do to minimalize negetive effect of having furnice in NW sector. Pleas note that the NW sector was till October occupied only pantry ( covered enteirly with tiles green tiles) andsince October there is a new furnice installed there. What is more infuture it is planned to have a bathroom there ( only with bathtube, maby withbasin too)
