Even if it is once in a million, sometimes we cannot prevent it....


For example, we can take all the precautions for our home at a "sharp-corner" or "T-junction" but one day.. if that reckless drunkard were to plow his car into our beloved home... how can we prevent him from doing so? Erh.. ban all alcohol sold to people with driving licence?


Innocent citizens: "Suggest to the government: please ban all alcohol sold for consumption in Singapore. Like they did in US - during the 1930's?"


Comptroller of Tax: "Don't be silly! Alcohol tax is `lucrative` to the government! If we take away alcohol tax, the first time they (government) will is to cut-my fat paycheck! or worse ... retrench me!" Erh Hemmm! OVER MY DEAD BODY!
