I am jobless. I have been searching and applying for a job since July 2009. I sent more than 50 resumes but I never get an interview or reply. Help or I will die!

I have been promised for a job since September and I am scared that the one who offers me that job is not serious of hiring me.She said that she cannot hire me as of this moment because there is no budget yet for that project.

What should I do so that the budget will be approved and what should I do so thatthe person who offers me that job will really hire me?

Help please... I really need a job or I cannot survive anymore!
