Stairs run N & S & do not face front door but located in center of house, toilet under the stairs also in center of House.

Master Bedroom occupies SW & S Sectors of the house.

QUESTION:

Is this house suitable or unsuitablefor my husband & me? (based on the description above) What possible changes/renovationscan you suggest so our house can bring us good positive chi.

I am also confused if I should regard the house as facing North or East. When I apply Feng Shui rules regarding the house, should I regard the Front Door to be EAST Direction because it opens on the side of the house facing East ? or should I regard the house facing North (facing the street) ?

What changes/renovations can we do to the house to make it a Period 8 House?

How can I remedy the 'Stove across the Sink' location?

Is our Koi Pond in a suitable location?

For 2010, how can I enhance the wealth sector (#8) when a toilet is underneath the stairs at the center of house?

1. In general, it is possible for the facing direction of such a home to be facing North or South (depending on what are the views especially at the "south side". For example, if the south side looks out to your neighbour's yard.. then.. most likely the North is the facing direction.

2. Hardly think that the facing direction of the home is East as it is facing the side of your neighbours home.

3. Other than that; frankly, if one wants to apply Flying Star Feng Shui; cannot say that my facing direction is "north" da da da da da... Even under the Flying Star: North can be broken down into so called N1; N2-N3 facing directions.

4. In GENERAL, since this home is most likely a North facing (just maybe South); North or South or even be it east; roughly based on the Eight House concept this house is considered suitable to the East group.
