We are scheduled to have
replacement of windows and
painting in the North sector,
and some repairs involving
walls and heating unit
replacement in the Southwest
sector of our home in
2010.

Can this be done safely?

attention to this question, as
well as for this wonderful

Frankly, it is strongly recommended to do all these things before 14 February 2010 - start of Chinese Lunar New Year.

Especially at North. Since it is only replacing the heating unit and not extensive renovations or changing the heat pipes; this should be OK or can be done on or after 14 Feb 2010.

2010 Flying Star Forecast

North

South

Take note the following sectors:-

  • Sickness Star this year is at North-East
  • Misfortune/Sickness Star this year is at South-West
  • Disputes/Quarrel Star this year is at South
  • Education/Romance Star this year is at North

  • Grand Duke this year is East-North-East, 60 Degree.
    - Avoid sitting facing the grand duke or disturbing him by having renovations.
  • Location in Conflict is North.
    - Avoid having renovations done opposite the location in conflict

If I cannot avoid
having windows changed in
the North location is there
something I can do to avert
damage? (I'm not sure I can
get this work done by
February
14th.)

The wall in the
SouthWest will also have
some sheetrock replaced,
along with the heating
unit.

The South is affected
by this work as well- I see
that is also a bad idea? I am
getting apprehensive, as I
don't know how to avoid
these fixes for a whole
year.

Painting is also
scheduled for all three areas,
And in the NorthWest,
too.

We've arranged to have the
windows done before
February 14th, and the
painting, too- barely! I've
read dozens of back posts
here, trying to learn and
make sense of it
all.

Q
uestion: is paint color a
matter more of personal
choice, or is it very affecting
to the energies of the home?
At this point I'm about to
paint everything white just to
be
neutral!

Also, if we have to
paint in the South after Feb.
14th, is this ok or truly bad
for us?

1. Some bright or primary colors if used at the wrong location may affect certain situations:-

For example under the Flying star concept:

Bright Yellow & or Bright Red@ location(s) especially those with #5 and/or #2 and/or #9 etc... can affect health - ranging from constant health issues to some needing operations.

Bright Green and or Bright Blue @ location(s) with #3 and/or combined with WS#1 can affect relationships / marriage / family issues / lawsuits. While using Bright Blue in the kitchen can affect a woman's health and family wealth and if it also falls at Mountain Star MS#8 - will drown such luck.

2. Above are just some of the examples, I can quickly think of.

3. The most critical areas for 2010 are:

Five Yellow at South-West
Grand Duke at East-North-East, 60 Degrees
And the Three Killings at North.

4. If you can do painting at South before Feb 14th, that is best, but if you can't at least; although it is #3 sector; the consolation is that it is not at the above three MAJOR concern areas.

Mr.
Lee,

thank you so much for this
simple (to you), invaluable (to
me!) painting
advice.

We live in a South 1
facing period 7 home, and
after February of 2004 things
began to go, with a few
exceptions, less well. We live
in the Rocky Mountain west
region of the United States,
where finding a consultation
was difficult, but we did find
one Eastern-trained
practioner/geomancer, and
his advice to us was
welcome, if a bit renovation-
heavy. I am so grateful to you
for advice, as the details of
this house sprucing-up have
been left to
us.
