Business dealing in gambing likes to use .18 .19 in their First Time Opening hours e.g. 12.18 or 12.19pm. Usually, the auspicious hours of the Chairman or Head Honcho of the casino's auspcious day - and time are selected. Hours follow: 11am t0 1pm; 1pm to 3pm etc..
