Posted February 17, 201015 yr Staff 1. If a person not only compile the odds but analyse the findings and come-up with a trend - then the element is Wood element.2. If the person is merely a compiler e.g. takes statistics and compile them without any analysis or interpretation then most likely the element is : Water element. 3. If the person complies and publish the information - selling it e.g. as a document / booklet.. then the element is : Fire element (sales - marketing the infor or allow others to adveriste in that publication).
Posted February 18, 201015 yr Whatisthe elementof a bookmaker company ? is it consider Fire since selling sales?
Posted February 18, 201015 yr Staff 1. In the past, careers can easily be categorised without hesistation.2. Nowadays, especially with multi-skills involved, one has to find out what is one's major job function.3. However, in today's world roughly all occupations could be classifed as under:-3.1. What industry is it in?3.1.1 For example: Hospital is considered wood element; IT as water element; Real Estate as earth element etc...3.2. What is the major job specification? If one is doing sales or marketing than it is fire element. While customer relations is related to earth etc...4. The above, will show that in today's modern job scope; in general, the industry and job scope are taken into consideration. Thus it is not unusual to link a job with two elements e.g. Someone is working in the current "QC issues" Toyota car company = Metal element. And if he/she is doing sales or marketing than the job function is Fire element.5. For higher level posts e.g. CEO who is often in-charge of all departments and one of their main functions is to "grow" a company; thus his /her primary role or job scope belongs to the "wood" element.
