Bought first house - bathroom above front door

We just bought a house and I see 3 issues -


1) the front door is exactly under bathroom upstairs ...please advise a remedy. we have not moved in yet.


2) Another issue is master bed over garage. (If we do not use the attached garage as garage) but as a play area will this issue be solved?


3) Front door opens inside such that half of the front door faces stairs and half of it faces wall. is this bad feng shui . if yes how to remedy...
