Posted April 28, 201015 yr hi, we will be moving into a rented apartment. Appreciate if you can advise whether we should be performing the opening house and moving in rituals. The apartment was previously owner-occupied.Appreciate your reply as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!
Posted April 28, 201015 yr Staff These are some of the considerations:-1. First-time open door procedures: Usually performed by a new owner of the home who had taken over a re-sale or a brand new home.2. If one is renting a home; and if one is moving from another home or apartment; symbolically, when I moves home; make sure that all the essentials e.g. cooking oil, rice, sugar, salt etc.. are full or well stocked up at the new home. In fact the Move-in procedure as found under http:/info.geomancy.net has some of these.3. Essentially, when we first stay in a new home, we should "stock" up our kitchen.4. Please note that the First-time-open door and Move-in procedures are considered as "NICE-to-have" and not a "MUST-have". And these are essentially non-religious in nature. 5. If we were to understand the key essence of the concept: it is essentially to "place wealth in a home". Thus if we were to understand these two "rituals" they are just "placing of wealth into the home and or making sure that it is "fully" stocked.6. With the advent of the profileration of "tons" of condos; some even symbolically go to their existing apartment's swimming pool, scoop up some water into e.g. 1.5 litre bottles and then when they move-in to a new home; and if say they have a water feature, pour this water into the water feature.Anonymous wrote:hi, we will be moving into a rented apartment.
