The condo balcony is facing the railroad track. Is is good or bad?

1. Frankly, the picture can't really tell anything as it is taken at angle and not a view directly standing e.g. as shown in the attachment marking in red "A" looking out towards "B".

2. Roughly, if the railway tracks is running parallel to your apartment block; this is acceptable or no major issue.

3. As there is a power line tower; this can pose as a sha qi or poison arrow. For example, if any of these power line towers slices into your apartment window or balcony opening; then this is a sha qi. Here, please see attachment.

4. The other concern is often "noise pollution". And some people may be affected by noisy train movements. This is not Feng Shui but does have an impact of Human or Man Luck factors. And even for children who may need concentration in their studies.
