Hi Mr Lee,

May i know the Internet industry belongs to which element?

We are providing a service, using Internet as the medium.

It is the main part of the service.

Thank you

In my opinion, the first thing that came into my mind is the "sharing of knowlege" or "learning".

It is also about "growth". Growth can be a good or bad thing! For example: growth of good knowledge and knowledge that can be searched, viewed etc... Certain other "growth" e.g. child porno etc...

Thus, I would generally consider the Internet industry as belonging to the "wood" element. Graphically, it is much like the roots of a plant or the structure of the brain... that sort of thing.

Thus, the industry should in my opinion be of"wood element".

While the people who maintains the structure is already defined mostly as belonging to the "water element" or "IT".

People who "hack" into the internet may be considered as belonging to the "fire element".
