Hi Master, I need your advice on 2 issues which I encountered during my recent house viewing.

1. I like a unit on the 2nd floor.I felt very comfortable when I viewed the house as it's spacious, bright and airy. But on the left side of thebalcony about 20m away, there is asubstation. I can see the substation when I sit in the living room. Iheard that house facing substation is very bad for health. Is this true ?

2. How to interpret if unit number #04-04 is auspicious or not. In hokkien it sounds like "kong xi kong xi" which sounds good.

Thank you in advance for the advice.

1. This free report can find out whether an apartment'sunit number is suitable or not:-

2. There is no scientific proof thatstrong magnetic field can affect one's health. This includes sub-stations and even those MRI's used in hospital where the magnetic field is 100 times those of sub-stations.

3. In fact, there are many private apartmentsand even condos that have sub-stations much closer thanyou mentioned. For example, the Meyer Place condo; a substation is just belowone of the units.

4. Many condos e.g. Dahlia park; and 100's more condos with substations and units close-by to them.

5. Therefore, if one is talking about magnetic field stemming from sub-stations; there is so far no concrete medical or scientic proof that itaffects health.
