There are three kinds of luck or known as the Holy Trinity of luck:
1. Heaven Luck: born with
2. Earth Luck or Feng Shui
3. Human or manluck: such as relations and feelings
As you can see above, having a tattoo has nothing to do with Feng Shui.
More likely, it has to do with above: Para 3. Human & man.....
Thus more important is yourself: if u feel good about it sort of thing. As Feng shui as shown has nothing to do with it.
