Dear Master Robert and Master Cecil,
Please advise me for the below question : -
1) If the 5 storey walkup apartment building is located 1 house next to the church, can it be affected the aprtment fengshui with bad "Sha Chi" or it can be a good chi? (means 1st is aprtment building, 2nd house is a landed residential and 3rd house is a church)

1. Usually, the most visual concern is that of the visible roof and spine of the church. Usually the spine is usually the christian cross signage.
2. Here, the most common issue is if one were to stand in the apartment and can see the pointed roof or the spine, then this could be a sha qi.
3. Sometimes, even the roof of the house next to the church or if it has a tv antennae pose a threat; not to say that only the church may pose a threat.
