House Facing between South and South West (200deg)

Hi Master,
My unit facing is 207deg which is suppose to be facing south west.
I like to seek your advice about plotting of the pie chart unto the house. Should i align both the pie chart and house floor plan to magnetic north? or should I align the floor plan to magnetic north but keep the pie chart align with the south west facing.

If your HDB mansionette unit is facing 207 degrees, then please look closely at the attachment.
