Posted December 22, 201014 yr Hi,I would like to know if decorative items such as lucky cat (fu mao) can be placed inside the house. As your website says this:"In addition to this avoid placing trophies of deer, lion, tiger and other animals. These are not auspicious for the home. "
Posted December 22, 201014 yr Staff Under symbolism in Feng Shui; more importantly, the object should not: look fierce, seems "hungry"; thin or skinny. That sort of thing. It is quite subjective; but overall, since this is a family home, consult with family member about their opinion of the object. The so called "lucky cat" is not a Chinese origin. It originates from Japan. Yeah, the one where one of it's limbs (paws) waving. This "lucky cat" looks more like a pussy cat.. Thus, it would be a joke if somehow someone mistook it for a lion or leopard or jaguar of sorts... *smile* Quote On 12/22/2010 5:02:24 AM, Anonymous wrote:Hi,I would like to know ifdecorative items such as luckycat (fu mao) can be placedinside the house.
