Master Cecil,
I would like your valuable suggestions on this south facing floor plan:

1. My husband is a south person .
2. We are planning to go for this south facing house, before we make an offer i would like you please suggest me whether this is good for our family or not.
3. This was built in 2005.
4. This is an end unit.
5. Once you say this is floor plan is good for my husband, i will send you satellite map as well

Please help us make this important decision.
I appreciate for all the help you do through this forum.

For such an important decision; it is best not to rely soley onjust the interior or "2D layout plan".
I often always mention: "Even, if a home is say "perfect"within the four walls but when one steps out of the home; it is like the dumps.. or otherissues relating to Shapes and Forms Feng Shui..Evenif we pathe the home with gold; also no use..."

Sorry for delaying my response.
I am very happy to see your response. I would send you satellite photo for outside view, once i get everything confirmed and before we make an offer to the house. As of now we are still searching. Because of your website we were able to know which direction is good for my husband (bread Winner). Keeping that in mind we are very careful in selecting a house in a good community.
