Posted February 14, 201114 yr Staff Further to what I had mentioned, a very simple way to remember yin stars is that they are even number..Thus, #2, #4, #6 and #8 or any of such combinations in a sector would imply that the sector has "excessive" Yin stars. Thus, if a sector has say MS#2 with WS#6 and base star #4; then one has to be extra careful of leaving such a room empty or dim. For example, an unoccupied bedroom with such stars especially on low floors e.g. 2nd storey; has a higher chance of "attracting" the wrong kind.. Especially is true if in addition; such a room falls within the SW or NE sector of the home. Or such stars are located in a closet... There are many known hauntings or "cold spots" attributing to enclosed areas such as a closet and often, such a room would have the tell tale sign(s) of "excessive" yin stars. Thus if the closet has yang stars such as #1; #3 and or #5 and or #9; less likely of such an issue.
