Dear Master Cecil. Can you please advice me on how to control or balance the #5 & #7 star combination this year ? I already had an unpleasent situation with them at SO3 of my house with pluming failure in the kitchen.

Reply: Master, if I may...Please use metal (ie metal wares) to weaken star 5. Water to weaken metal. ie the walls to be painted in white/blue.
