I have been working in a Company for almost 5 years and my boss is born in the year of the Rabbit and I was born in the year of the Dog. Based on the horoscope compatibility, Rabbit and Dog should be able to work together. Recently, my boss is putting pressure on me and finding fault with me and I really do not know the real reason. Need to seek your advice on any remedial solution to counter this problem and to improve the working relationship.
