Posted March 8, 201114 yr Staff Frankly, this is based on plate tectonics where all the surface of earth is sitting on molten liquid and it so happens that New Zealand, is affected by two plates.These plates are like zig-saw puzzles.It occurs everywhere on our continent be it Japan; Taiwan, Indonesia; Turkey, Hawaii etc..This is a natural occuring thing.. and scientifically, no one can yet predict earthquakes accurately; be it via scientific means; nor any other types of models. And further from the truth; scientifically; there is no correlation between say the elements and earthquake.However, indeed; someone says, IT will take the BLAME! Check out the illustration....
