Would the placement of the toilets in this floor plan be considered inauspicious? I have read that the toilet should not be in the middle of the house/apartment, and I can't tell if this would be considered to be in the middle? And if so, what are my options of making it auspicious?

Looks like the centerpoint is not located in the toilet.
It is located in the kitchen. But fortunately, it is not directly above the stove which is inauspicious.
The Concept of Maximizing Marksshould be applied should the toilet is located at the centrepoint.
