Nevertheless, the smaller versions are fried and can also be located at Tim Sum stalls…$2/- each. It is considered healthy as a minimal amount of sweet black sauce was requested. The cutting is not done expertly, as it often does not cut through completely. As illustrated in this sample:- At least mainly vegetables… suppose to be healthier provided not too thick sweet sauce is poured to the skin
