May I know for the sink, oven or fridge, can place facing to kitchen window? Which one is the worst choice and best choice if one of them has to place facing the window?

As a rule of thumb; often it is said that best not to let the STOVE face the window (if one can / could avoid it).
As for the rest of what you had mentioned; sink and fridge; this is considered acceptable. It would be nice-to have the oven not face the window or face a bedroom door.
