This type of semi-circular roof design is both highly uncommon in Singapore as well as very unpopular.
With such terrace homes costing millions each; many developers + architect won't want to risk sales or lower the value of such properties with similar type of roof profile!

The conservative view is always a roof that looks like an auspicious "UP" arrow sign.. like the attachment

1. This is a typical interior layout of similar flats as those shown in the earlier photos.
2. The earlier phaseat Belimbing Avenue in the same estate
3. From the interior layout plans; there are no clues to the curved or semi-arch roof of typical terrace homes located at Oasis@Mulberry.

4. Most of the private apartments / condos use only a 1/4 semi-circular design. Not a 1/2 circle design as shown, here.
