3. Both Land = facing north

Since you are in Malaysia, it is easier for you to find a Feng Shui consultant as I believe there are quite alot in the country.
Here, you can get the consultant to provide you a package fee i.e. from helping you to select a plot of land and to do a full Feng Shui audit on the selected unit.
