What is the reason for the excessive tagging of the pillars across several blocks of flats? 3. These flats were built between 1984 and 2003, specifically around 1997. They are relatively new and do not appear to be in disrepair. Is it necessary to monitor each pillar as if they are in critical condition? 4. Perhaps the town council requires precise identification of each pillar and its location. For instance, a maintenance team might be alerted... 4.1 Block 391A Compassvale Street, Pillar no. C4033 has stains on it... Should it be cleaned? Is this the actual reason? 4.2 Or is there something more concerning, such as: Sir, pillars C4033 and C4032 have collapsed... Could the structure or block be at risk of collapsing? (In an imaginary scenario) 5. Honestly, throughout Singapore, I have not encountered VOID deck pillars being numbered in the manner observed here. EACH RED circle signifies a tagged number, such as W4022... What is going on?
