May I know what are the five elements strength in period 8 eg for wood element is weak or strong etc? Are the strength same throughout the whole period 8 or will change yearly.

If you are looking at micro-level of the Five Elements, just imagine it flows with the 4 seasons:
Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. While earth elementin a general sense, falls in between each of the four seasons.

For example under period 8, if south-west sector having flying stars MS1, WS6, BS5. How to find out whether is '1' a weak water or strong water, and '6' is weak metal or strong metal?

10. Frankly, this Flying Star thing already has Five Elements "built into it" So why must one create a monster in the form of what you wrote.
#6 = Big METAL
#7 = Weak METAL.
