Posted December 8, 201113 yr Staff I dare you to read a newspaper at the medium median of a 3 lane x 2 road!Well, can you see these three men enjoying their daily dose of newspaper along this road? Even their panel van is parked at the median of this road! The saying goes "on this day thisis their father's road!"Fortunately, there are construction on both sides of this "Punggol Road".Just imagine, a year or two from now; would you dare to sit at the median of this 3 lane road and start reading your newspaper?
