Hi Cecil,
Is it possible to get 2 different compass readings from centre of appartment and main door of appartment?
My main door falls in105 degrees E3 when taken from centre of appartment.But when the reading is taken from the same maindoor itself iI get 60 degrees- NE3 .please help me with this

No definitely not if you are taking a compass reading TOWARDS the SAME direction.
