South Facing House in Period 8

I was told that a south-facing house is very auspicious.



Based on eight mansion, the house is good for east group people (which we are).


The good sectors are in the front which is good for living room & bedroom.


The bad sectors are (mostly) in the rear which is good for kitchen & toilets.


All is good.



After reading up on Flying Stars, I am very confused.


It has a 8-8 in the facing which is good for wealth but no good for health and relationship.


There are 2-5 & 5-2 in the east and northwest where there should be no activity.


There are 7-9 & 9-7 in the north and northeast which is not advisable for kitchen.



So, it is a good house or not? I do not know..Shocked



Please help.
