I believe, the lock for this condo: newly TOP Trevista; is at a rather low height.
Most likely even young children can open the doors and most likely, built more for the Asian sized person.
Just imagine if one is of tall built, may even have to bend down to access the key hole... hmmm....
Alternatively, it is about empowerment. The parents empower a toddler even at the age of 3 or 4 onwards to open the doors....
