I know, many consider it not gloried to see a rubbish compactor.
In the early morning, prior to an early morning audit; at a newly TOP HDB precint at Ang Mo Kio Ave 1; one of the block's rubbish compactor was left opened and brightly lit....
The rubbish truck would back up to the compactor and unload the rubbish ....
