Posted February 23, 201213 yr Staff In my opinion, based on a rough guess, based on what I feel your key word might be: "knowledge"; if knowledge or imparting knowledge or a depository of knowledge and perhaps providing advice or guidance could be (may be) considered as belonging to the "Wood" element.It also depends on the key description of job function. For example, if one is trying to do telemarketing or sales on the phone; then it could be considered as the Fire element.
