Thinking of moving closer to my in-laws, I'm not able to find online any fs leads for this development, is the fs here generally appropriate? especially for wealth luck?

In my opinon, One North has a typical layout plan.
One good thing is that there are only one or two blocks that has a pointed edge or corner aimed towards another neighbouring block.
There are also diverse number of facing directions of the various blocks. Here, one of which is that you could identify whether you (the major breadwinner or often even today;we consider the male breadwinner) are an East or West Group person.
If you want to do more research, you can even key in or type in a simple term like " By ranking " using the top left most search field in this forum.
