Hi Cecil,
We are moving to a new house in a couple of weeks and if I put the baby's bed in the "command" position he will be over a floor vent for AC and heat and in between two windows. What do I do? I've seen floor vent deflectors but not sure if the idea of him being over a vent will harm him in the long run. Thank you in advance for your help on this.

As a general rule of thumb: if in doubt (why take unnecessary risks - if any); and if there are alternatives; do choose the OTHER alternative instead of what you wrote, below.
