Posted September 15, 201212 yr Hi,I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I am moving to the apartment upstairs because the place we are in right now is too small for us and especially now expecting our first baby. I know they say you shouldn't move the bed while you are pregnant, but I don't have a choice? What can I do to counteract any negative effect this may have? We wouldn't be able to afford to buy a new bed, so what are our other options. Thanks
Posted September 15, 201212 yr Staff In such a situation:1. Where possible, during the process of moving your bed from existing home to new home upstairs; you should if possible not be around at that time; as a well as once the bed has been set; don't move it or adjust it anymore. Here, your husband should be the co-ordinator and decide whether the bed is properly setand not later moved or changed position, whatsoever.2. Often, if possible, after the bed has been moved upstairs; try if possible not to go into that existing bedroom (anymore). When the new bed / bedroom has been properly set; then you can go in.
