I would like to ask for clarification. When you analyse the house number and the year that it was built.
Is it based on the first time that a house was built on a lot? example: 1970
But since the old house is delapidated, they will demolish old house to build a new one this year 2012.
So in house number and year analysis, what would you use 1970 or 2012?
