Can you advice the methods to activate mountain and water star?
Just an example, If i have 4 7 3 where 4 is mountain and 3 is at water, does it has a standard way to read the meaning? Under this flying star where 3 is at water do i say there may be quarrel over money matters? How about 4 at mountain?
