The Trilinq Condo: Blk 26, 28A & 28B (3 blocks) - Which units are lucky?

Featured Replies

These are some considerations:
1. In my opinion, it has more to do with common sense.
2. In this sample illustration; some units in The Triling; the dining table is in full view of the main door.
Is this considered inauspicious?
3. Well, this has more to do with common sense then Feng Shui.
3.1. For example, some leave their main door opened and if a passing neighbour walks by while one is eating; some don't feel easy with others looking at their dining table or during dinner time.
3.2. Another common sense is: "1st impression counts!"
3.2.1. Here, some people stack their dining table with lots of "junk" or "litter" their dining table with lots of items. Thus, when a visitor visits a home; the first thing they see is a pile of "rubbish" stacked on the dining table.
3.3. In this example, there is also a breakfast table.
3.3.1 In Feng Shui, I is told not to place sharp objects on this table immediately to the right of this illustration.
3.3.2 Here, if a robber or thief (opportunist) were to gain access into the home; and if they see a knife or sharp object readily available on the breakfast table; may use it to threaten those in that unit.
4. Thus, sometimes, sometime relating to common sense can turn out to be regarded as "Inauspicious in the name of Feng Shui". You and I know that with or without Feng Shui, there is often an origin to it due to common sense, also.

Just T.O.P.

Stacks/units facing Clementi Ave 6 expect traffic noise.

Stacks/units facing MRT tracks expect some noise + Nan Hua Primary School assembly area ...anthem...

A plus is that the interior walls are solid.. and not dry walls??.

The Weeping Tea Tree, scientifically known as Leptospermum brachyandrum, is one of the 10 trees located at level 1 of The Trilinq.

In the future, it has the potential to reach a height of 5 metres and is commonly found near creeks in Australia.

In contrast, many other condominiums and executive condominiums in Singapore appear to prefer the more popular maroon-flowered frangipani trees...

Is this tree a Weeping Willow Tree? No! Weeping willows are from a different species: - Salix babylonica.

The weeping willow leaves are Much Fiber then these trees.

What you have written is, to be honest, an understatement. In reality, for this site and many others that remain unpublished, I have conducted numerous detailed reviews. The decision to make them public is entirely up to me.

To be candid, there are superior sites compared to this one. The stacks and units facing the school and MRT tracks experience significant noise. Moreover, it is not merely the noise from the movement of MRT trains; simply walking down the street reveals the proximity of the trains.

Similarly, the noise level from Clementi Avenue 6 is also not particularly comfortable.

There are certainly far better sites than this one. Therefore, in my view, on a broader scale, this site falls short when compared to many other plots throughout Singapore.

Nonetheless, it is important to consider the buyers' ba zi.

This is one of the numerous reviews I have conducted in the past, categorized by exercise.

Please be aware that the rankings have been obscured. The fundamental principles of macro Feng Shui can be located in the LEGEND.

While I have obscured the information above, the following presents the core of a comprehensive ranking of four particular choice stacks.

These rankings account for the ba zi of both the primary earner and the spouse, as well as that of family members, and are tailored to their specific circumstances.

Please be advised. For instance, the rankings may vary from person to person, etc. "What one person considers their top choice may not align with your own preferences, and vice versa."

If not, consider the reason for investing over six or seven hours in preparation for this... reflect on it.

But also need to review/consider the individual Internal Layout Plan
& this is just part of the many considerations in a home purchase.

However the above does not take into consideration things like:
Kitchen/Stove at Inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate
or Poison arrow aimed towards the unit, proximity to common bin etc..
