Treasure Trove at Punggol Central/Punggol plus point is that majority of the interior layout plans are Feng Shui friendly.
The developer Sim Lian which started off as contractors : main or sub-con has for many years now; become developers themselves.
In this example, you will notice that Bath 2's WC shares the wall with the study instead of the kitchen.
If the WC did share the same wall; then most likely the WC pipes or WC may be directly on the opposite wall as the stove. Which was not taken into consideration in many of the recent launches by other developers.
Here, since the WC shares the same wall as the study, it is highly unlikely that a bed be placed as shown in the illustration. And if so, can easily be corrected by mirroring the bed / add a partition on the opposite site etc...

Two more Feng Shui friendly layouts.
Of course, this development Treasure Trove does have a few stacks that have the stove directly opposite the wc.... but they are further apart then some other developments. Please see attachment: odd-one out.jpg
