Would like to know if any book is written in english about how fengshui is applied to whole city etc or rules of fengshui while city planning? Please mention the ISN # and tile of the book. Thanks.

Dear Anon,
For serious books on history of Feng Shui i.e. city planning in the past (Chinese cities), you can check out the few books written by Dr Evelyn Lip (Times Publication).
Try to do a search e.g. in the internet book stores such as amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com for the author.
For new books on city planning... in relation to FS.. this is, in my opinion, hard to come by.
