A house must be suitable to the breadwinner of the family (the one earning most for the family).
ie. Say if the Main Door of the house is East, and East for the Breadwinner is Excellent, then this house is suitable for the breadwinner. Thus, you will be able to gain a significant earth luck from staying in a suitable house.
ie. Say if the Main Door of the house is East, and East for the Breadwinner is Death, then this house is most unsuitable for the breadwinner. If you continue to stay in the house, you will face lots of problems in your career etc.
