Nowadays, Singapore Post Office (SingPost) don't deliver mails on Saturdays.
And on occasions, I have encountered posting ordinary mails and the other party claimed that they did not receive it especially when posted in such letter boxes all over Singapore.
Now I get!
To me such, I have never ever seen such a signage placed so visible on a letter box, before (ever!)
Is the message on top of the box trying to imply something? Please read between the lines....
