By Asian standards, this lifebuoy is placed too high!
Although it is a good thing to place it high i.e. to avoid people playing aroundwith it; but as a lifesaver, this isdangerous!
Hopefully, thiscondo has more lifesaving devices than only this lifebuoy!
Please it lower - STU-PIG!

P.S. If this is for real = real lifesaver; it should always be placed at least at an adult's waist level; to ensure that even a 10 year old child is able to get hold of it. This is pure commonsense.
If it is merely for decorative purposes.. then... nevermind..
