I have created a printable reference guide to Hypertension classification.
Warning! This printable reference should only be used as a GUIDE. If in doubt, ALWAYS consult your Doctor!
Based on research; these are the classifcation of blood pressure groupings:-
NORMAL

High-NORMAL 130 to 139 / 80 to 89 mmHg


Grade ONE HYPERTENSION 140 to 159 / 90 to 99 mmHg


Grade Two HYPERTENSION
