Under Malay culture; because they use their hands both for eating and doing "business";


This is what a typical fully customised "business" centre of the Malays are about...


There is always a washing pipe.. close-by. In the "poo-poo" cubicle; there is always a water pipe and a small plastic container to contain water. Can you see the white plastic container beside the "throne seat?"


And NO! The washing pipe on the right side of each urinal is not meant to wash a Male person's "JOYSTICK"... It is for him to wash his hands after he had aimed, shot and place his joystick to "safe mode"...
