Recently, a client asked me whether, should he consider buying a semi-detached: marked in red as "X" in the attachment.
He was also concerned with the road "leading" towards the newly TOP semi-detached. home. He is correct to be concerned.
The stretch of road marked as "A" and highlighted in bold yellow is not advantages to that home.
