Dear cecil,
I know I am asking too many questions about the sterling property development. First thing is it is very beautiful and it is so different from what I see in my city. Since most of the houses and apartments here are surrounded by huge parking lots and no trees.
What about the sterling housing development do they have any parking lots or garages. If so where are they located. Can you post some picture. Thanks.

Dear Anon,
Feel free to ask questions:)
The car parks and garage is underground. The cars go thru the side of the development and enters / exits into the parking lots.
Singaporeans love this because, it means that their costly investments where cars cost a bomb! For example a small car 1,000 cc costs at least US$50,000 (S$ = 1.7 exchange rate) and Mercedes Benz, Volvo etc.. costing no less than US$100,000.
The Sterling being a Freehold property, costs not less than US$800,000 for smaller units to US$1,000,000.
Unfortunately, in Singapore, property is EXpensive.
Yesterday, I went to purchase a new digital camera (cause my old one died). Will be posting more Photo Tours also.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Hi Cecil
As you know, I am involved with a 30 unit development here in Perth.
For AU$1.6 M you get 255 sq metres of indoor floor space and 155 sq metres of balcony and terrace. A huge price difference.
Here, we do not have any developments like Sterling, mainly because we have much more room to move than in Singapore.
I was interested to see that the swimming pool appears not to have rounded edges.
Cheers
Glyn
