Saw this, the other day at Prive @ Punggol.

This is another consideration if one is considering purchasing a ground floor unit with an open PES area.

It is common for cigarette butts and other items to be thrown down.

On occasions even little ones from upper floors unintentionally throw down their toys or even AAA sized batteries..
